Modiredi Maruping
Mr. Modiredi Maruping is the founding Managing Director and Principal Valuer at Maruping Real Estate Services and founding Director at Maxgrow (Pty) Ltd. With a BSc (Hons.) in Real Estate Management, Mr. Maruping is very passionate about real estate and other business and environmental matters.
He founded both Maruping Real Estate Services and Maxgrow in 2003 and 2019 respectively, and both have been growing from strength to strength. He, currently serves as a member of the Botswana Qualifications Appeals Committee and has served as the president of Real Estate Institute Botswana (REIB). Prior to that he served in the Gaborone City Physical Planning Committee.
He is a loving husband and doting father.

Phillip Mulungo
Phillip has a diverse academic background. He has studied Mechanical Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Business Leadership and Management and Computer Engineering. Phillip is, an alumnus of Unisa School of Business Leadership, University of Pretoria, and Stellenbosch University Business School Executive Development.
He is an experienced businessman and entrepreneur and was formerly involved in Umsobomvu Youth Fund/National Youth Development Agency (NYDA) part of the 2010 FIFA World Cup activities in Mpumalanga, Mbombela NAFCOC among others. He has extensive international business development experience and is an active director of companies across a number of sectors including: Energy, technology, farming and property development.
