Solaris Crest Property Pty Ltd, a development consisting of 340 units and has raised R90 million developmental funding.
Target Market for Solaris Crest: Currently people between the ages of 35-45, coming from Eerste Rivier and Khayelitsha, earning a household income of between R18 000 to R24 000.

Urban Living Developments will be developing Integrated Living Estates, providing a variety of housing within various price ranges, affordable to a range of household incomes. Affordable luxury within these integrated estates includes a lower price segment of R850k-R1.2m(Household income of R42k-R36k) and a higher segment of R1.2m-R2m (Household income of R40k-R60k).The lower segment of R850k-R1.2m will include facilities such as a pool and security. The R1.2m-R2m will provide extra features such as pools shared amongst less people, bigger properties and braai facilities.

Toronto Group specializes in the manufacturing of high-quality lump wood charcoal. It is based in the Western Cape Province of South Africa, with its primary production facility located near Wellington. It makes use of alien invasive species which are harvested to enhance the flow of water in riparian zones.
Forestry – EWC
EGH through one of its subsidiaries owns 600ha of land in the Eastern Cape for forestry purposes. The group intends to be a leader in the supply of metallurgical quality charcoal. The forestry operations thus allow the business to be long term sustainable in terms of feedstock for the charcoal.
